Was Ho Chi Minh a good, patriotic (but misunderstood by the west) man who loved Vietnam?

No he was a m murderer, I saw his work first hand, communists murder as they believe the end justifies the means, and when you are old you are useless to the state.I am sure the people of Vietnam would welcome your immigration
