Is it true that using preparation H (with sharks oil) helps reduce wrinkles under the eyes?

yes it works, i use it myself. i also started using it because i heard models use it. but i am a nurse and so i put some logic behind the idea too, hemmorhoids are due to blood vessels and so are bags under the eyes, so stands to reason it would work.
