Measurements for Hemp Jewelery?

I left this book that had an AWESOME table of what kind of knot you want to make in what type of jewelery (necklace, anklet, bracelet). The book was called hemp-bracelets by KLUTZ. It would be awesome if anyone could just give me that table.
