Had a dream that I had a new born?

Hey guys, it is just been weird for me in the p week, my wife was telling me that she had a dream we had a baby boy, keep in mind we have no kids and a young couple she is 23 years old and i'm turing 23 years old next month, but anyway at my wife's job one of her friends said she had a dream that my wife and I had a baby boy, then my brother-in-law had the same dream, my mother had the same dream as well, but last night I had a dream that I was holding my new boring son in my arms and he looked at me I starting crying in my dream and then next thing I know I woke up in tears. What does it mean? Because, I didn't pay any attention to it until that dream last night now its in my head all day. My wife thinks she pregnant even thought she has her period. But what does it mean?
