Im 15 years old and I have druggie parents and been abandoned to much how can I get emancipated in W.V. ?

Okay, I am now 15 years old and have a very difficult life style I never had a true place to call home so me and my mother are living with one of her new friends and I can not stand it no longer mom is abusive and a druggie and drunk and mom and dad have abandoned me numerous times so I am very dependent on myself but mom is back in my life and shes done lied to get me locked up for three weeks and made stuff up so she can have more control over me or something? But all my friends say I should run but I don't know how and I don't wanna leave the friends that have helped me feel like I have actually had a home...so how do i get emancipated in W.V. ? or what should I do?
