Am i eating properly?

I workout everyday ( cardio) for about 14 minutes, i only have pizza about once a week aside from that pretty balanced. I eat salads ( lettuce and cubers) and dont put any toppings on the pizza except mushrooms. and then have yogurt and sometimes 2 slices of white bed as a snack. I rarely ever eat pizza, and usually burn 200 calories( says the calorie counter..) if i keep this diet will i get skinnier? ( remember i only eat pizza once a week) is this ok?
