If my eye is infected by very tiny virues or other very very tiny things, can eyes doctor reconized it?

It's not the germs that optometrists look for. It's signs of infection. I doubt they have such advanced tools for physicians. If your doctor has turned down treatment find another. ALWAYS get a second opinion. Even doctors can't deny the wisdom to that method.
