Lorex VistaPro Server 5.0 Application?

This is the software I'm using on a PC computer to run DVR card. My problem is that I have lost the software's installation CD. I am locked out of access to the files being recorded because amazing enough, I have to have a stupid pword in order to access my own freaking recordings. Is there a way to byp or recover the pword? If not, is there a place online to download the software and reinstall it? (I checked the manufacture's website but I didn't have any luck). While my cameras are still recording, I don't have anyway of getting any of the recording to playback, since the video files being compiled are NOT in Windows Media format!!!! This is a nightmare, I've got an operational camera system so secure, not even I can access it. Please help.
