Do i have the flu?

am sick. I don't know what kind of illness i have. I threw up yesterday but after that i felt fine. Yesterday i woke up and my stomach hurt and then i went downstairs and threw up i felt bad for about a hour, then i felt fine and i ate. Then that night i went to sleep i woke up and my stomach hurt and i threw up. then i felt sick for a little while then i was fine in that after noon. Then this morning i woke up my stomach hurt and i threw up. I always wake up early around 5-7 and then i throw up. no im not pregnet ive asked this once before but i didnt get hardly any answeres
