Who can help me with this xbox-live arcade problem?

When is the old Banjo Kazooie game coming out for the xbox-live arcade? Not nuts& bolts but the 1998 version of the game. I am really excited about it because it was my favoite childhood game and now i'm going to buy it off of the marketplace. Please let me know...
