Trying out for a d2 soccer team?

i am currently trying out for a top d2 soccer team and am wondering if you guys have any tips for me. I didn't make the team last year and was bummed. I played ODP for 2 years back in middle school but didn't play as often through out high-school so I'm trying to get back into it. thanks
