Actually pink and light blue don't go with blue eyes. The eyeshadows that look best with blue eyes are the deeper colors like browns, plums, navy blues and dark greens. Use them right at your lash line, then blend outwards. These colors will accentuate your eyes more and make the color stand out. If you want some brightness, use light colored shimmers (like champange colored) on the upper eyelid, and that will brighten your eyes.
