commitments i'm alone Xmas day :( Anyway sod cooking a traditional Xmas meal I'm doing STEAK n Chips with all the trimmings :) Now i have bought a MEGA expensive piece of Fillet Steak and i have not cooked Fillet before?? I'm paranoid about ruining it :( PLEASE Ad lib with your tips dear's :)
