Is this a good computer?

Mate, its not worth it. A dual-core at 2.8ghz is not going to last much longer, they'll soon be obsolete. Also 800mhz RAM is slow though that could be worse. The HDD is fine, but the integrated graphics suck. For just a little more (600-700+) you can get much better stuff. I wouldn't recommend it.
