Help... 16 weeks pregnant?

You're not going to harm your baby laying on your back.. it's just reccomended (especially towards then end) to sleep on your left side to take pressure of the liver and help increase circulation in the placenta. Your body is amazing right now, it protects the baby so well! I always think about mother\s' that have been basically killed in terrible car accidents, but the baby is fine. So laying in a different position during the night isn't going to put your baby at any risk! If you're most comfortable on your back, then sleep that way, your baby will be ok. You can even ask your doctor about that just to comfirm.
