Having our 3rd baby while husband is deployed and no family to help out - advice help please!?

Hey there. Just need some insightful tips from families who've "been there". We're going to be having our third (and last) baby this spring and we have a 4 year old and a 2 year old besides and no family to help out. Not only that but I just found out that the baby will have to be delivered via c-section and I will have to have a hysterectomy at the same time (because of placenta previa and endometriosis) and I won't have anyone to be with me at the hospital or help me out with my 4 year old, 2 year old and newborn while I'm recovering either. I am so scared and worried and I feel completely helpless right now. Anyone been in the same boat when you had other children and no one to help if so can you give any advice or anything - I am really worried about this and not sure how I'm going to deal with all of it! lol! yikes!
